Sites with renewable energy generation and storage capacity are connected to a virtual power plant (VPP) using a Karit energy management edge device,
which connects the distributed energy assets to the Karit VPP cloud.
Real-time data
This cloud-based platform is used to dynamically monitor, manage and measure energy flows within the VPP, maximising production and optimising consumption efficiency.
Performance monitors
The platform’s embedded artificial intelligence / machine learning tools continually assess the performance and availability of connected assets and can report issues to you often before the customer realises they have an issue.
